Instant Realtime 1:1 Syncing Between GoHighLevel and Hubspot

With Hublevel, you're able to setup direct syncing between Hubspot and GoHighLevel accounts with 1 click integrations, allowing you to easily offer GoHighLevel features to Hubspot clients, without requiring their entire team to switch.

How It Works

Why HubLevel?

Hubspot has taken it's place as the most popular B2B CRM on the planet, because it's easy to use, designed well, has vast integrations with pretty much everything, and many believe it can't be beaten.

As GoHighLevel users, we know better. Hubspot is fantastic, but we know that certain feature sets are a little behind the times, many of them are out of a normal startup or SME's price range and some are locked away behind seemingly arbitrary tiers (An enterprise plan to use a webhook? really?).

We built Hublevel to solve this.

Couldn't I just do this myself with Zapier?

Absolutely. That's what we did for 2 years... but its a PITA. Manual setup for every single type of contact record, company record, marketing activity, sales activity, contact activity, company activity, deal, deal activity, etc. Every custom property, every native property, just, everything. We've literally spent hundreds of hours building these for clients.

Clients? Who are you?

Hi, We're Slater Marketing. Specialist marketing consultancy firm for B2B SaaS Companies.

Bit about us, we're not a SaaS company. We work with them, we know a lot about them, but honestly? We built this for us, and then realised other people might want it.

We're a Hubspot Partner Agency, but we're not one of those companies that push 'Hubspot only'. All of our clients get GoHighLevel for free as part of the services we provide, and we realised that many of them weren't making the proper use of it because... the data wasn't there.

We built HubLevel to connect the dots really. Companies that currently use Hubspot, to be able to use GoHighLevel in addition to it, instead of having to replace it.

Are you Whitelabel friendly?

Kind of. We built the current version of the software so that your clients will never see it. You get access to their two platforms, you click the connect buttons in HubLevel, you pick the settings, and then you tell the client it's done. They'll see it themselves in the contact records.

Then you can bill them as you see fit externally.

If there's enough desire for it from users, we'd be happy to look into going a step further. Whitelabel installations, whitelabel emails, maybe a version that you add to GHL as a custom link that appears in an iFrame with no logo at all? Data that gets passed onto you on transfer so that you can bill for it?

Maybe if there's enough traction we could get that rebilling opportunity built directly into GoHighLevel

(Hey Shaun! Hit us up if you want that! Let's work together!)

Questions People Will Probably Ask

How Much is it going to cost?

Zero clue. We're running testing right now on how much the data costs are going to be with our own clients. I like the idea of a fixed singular per client cost, and then an unlimited fixed agency plan, but it's gonna come down to the numbers.

Are you going to add other CRM's?

A solid maybe. All comes down to demand really. Hubspot fits the use case for like 80% of our clients, but we have a super tight niche. If we did add others, we'd be looking at Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and CloseCRM, but that's just from our limited experience.

Who's this really for?

Mainly traditional B2B SaaS and Service businesses with dedicated sales staff. These companies a. Need a ridiculous amount of help with their marketing and b. will never leave Hubspot/Salesforce because it's what their sales team know how to use. This serves a middle ground.

Are Hubspot going to let you do this knowing that if this works as you promise, GHL completely replaces Marketing Hub, Hubspots flagship product?

Shhh!
